  1. I accidentally voted for the wrong game. Can you remove my vote and allow me to re-cast it?
    Sorry, but we don't remove votes once they are cast. However, you are able to vote for another game. Votes count once per day per game.
  2. Someone is cheating in the polls. Can you please do something about it?
    Top Web Games uses a number of methods to block illigitimate or repeat votes. If you feel abuse is happening, contact us below.
  3. Someone else has listed my game - how do I gain control over the listing?
    When you log in to the members area you have an option to take control of a listing.
  4. I signed up for a member account, but have not received the email with my login information. What should I do?
    The first thing to do in this situation is use the retrieve lost password feature. This will send your login info to your email again. If this doesn't work you may have typed your email wrong and should try to sign up a new account. Otherwise, send us a message below.
