Gold Listings

When you purchase and are accepted to a Top Web Games Gold Listing ("Gold Listing") you are guaranteed one month of usage.

When you purchase a Gold Listing there are no returns or refunds. Once the transaction is complete and you have been provided with the Gold Listing the sale is final.

Top Web Games is constantly evolving. When you purchase Gold Listings, there is no guarantee that the site will stay as-is. You purchase Gold Listings knowing that, if the site changes to your dislike, that there will be no refunds.

If Top Web Games experiences downtime there will be no refunds. In the event of outage, we will do our best to compensate for lost time.

Featured Games

When you purchase and are accepted to a Top Web Games Featured Game Listing ("Featured Game") you are guaranteed one week of display.

When you purchase a Featured Game there are no returns or refunds after your Featured Game has displayed. Once the transaction is complete and your Featured Game ad has run the sale is final.

Top Web Games is constantly evolving. When you purchase a Featured Game, there is no guarantee that the site will stay as-is. You purchase Featured Games knowing that, if the site changes to your dislike, that there will be no refunds.
